Cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations must be made in writing by email.

2. If canceled more than 14 days before the start of the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.

3. If canceled between 7 and 14 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

4. No refunds will be given if canceled less than 7 days before the start of the course.

5. In case of force majeure, such as illness or unforeseen circumstances, a request for cancellation can be made and management will assess this at its discretion for any refund.
